Payment for a RentHero subscription works through a secure checkout process. All subscriptions begin with a 7-day trial period. To get started, you create an account, enter your payment details on the secure checkout page, and confirm your subscription.
If you do not cancel during the 7-day trial, you will be charged when the trial ends. After that, the subscription renews automatically every 28 days unless you cancel before the next renewal.
How the RentHero payment process works
The RentHero payment process is simple and secure. When you want to activate a subscription, this is what happens:
- Create your RentHero account.
- Go to the subscription checkout page.
- Enter your payment details securely.
- Choose your payment method, such as a credit card, debit card, or another supported payment provider.
- Confirm your subscription to activate your membership.
- Start using your 7-day trial period.
Once your subscription is active, payments are automatically deducted at each renewal period unless you cancel before the next billing date. If you started with a free trial, you may be charged once the trial ends — unless you cancel beforehand.
How your payment details are protected
Your payment details are protected through a secure SSL-encrypted connection when you complete your purchase.
RentHero works with trusted payment partners, including:
- Stripe
- Rebilly
- Buckaroo
- PayPal
This means your payment information is processed securely, and your card details are not stored on the RentHero website.
