Why you may see a charge but cannot find your subscription
This usually happens for one of the following reasons:
- You used a different email address when you registered
- Your subscription was created on another RentHero domain, such as .com, .nl, .be, or other
- You are logged into the wrong account

Search your inbox for “RentHero”
Search all inboxes you may have used and look for emails from RentHero.

Check your spam and junk folders
Sometimes the welcome email or subscription confirmation is filtered out of your main inbox.

Look for the welcome email
The welcome email can help you identify which email address was used to create the account.

Verify the RentHero domain in the email
Check whether the email refers to rentola.co.uk or another RentHero domain. Subscriptions are domain-specific, so a subscription created on one RentHero website may not appear on another local RentHero domain.

Log in with the correct account details
Once you identify the correct email address and domain, sign in there, go to your profile and Membership page, and check your subscription details.
What to do if you still cannot locate your RentHero subscription
If you still cannot find the subscription, contact RentHero support and provide as much information as possible, including:
- The email address or email addresses you may have used
- The date of the charge
- The last digits of the payment card or relevant payment details
- The amount charged
- Any RentHero emails you have received
