You can cancel your RentHero subscription from your account settings at any time after activating it.
Steps to cancel your RentHero subscription

Sign in to your account
Log in to your RentHero account using the email address and password you used when registering.If you cannot log in, see Why can’t I log in to my RentHero account?

Click the profile icon
Once you are logged in, click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Open the Membership page
In the menu, select Membership.

Click Cancel subscription
On the Membership page, click Cancel subscription and follow the remaining steps on screen.
Important information about cancellation
Please note the following:
- cancellation becomes available 24 hours after the subscription was activated
- cancelling your subscription stops future renewals
How to confirm your RentHero subscription was cancelled
Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
If you do not see the confirmation email, please:
- check your spam or junk folder
- make sure you have not unsubscribed from RentHero email communications
Why you may not be able to cancel your subscription
If you cannot cancel your RentHero subscription, the most common reasons are:
- you are logged in to the wrong account
- the subscription was created on another RentHero domain
- the subscription has already been cancelled
- 24 hours have not yet passed since activation
