If your RentHero login is not working, the most common reasons are:
- you entered the wrong email address;
- you entered the wrong password;
- you forgot your password
- your account was created on a different RentHero domain, such as rentola.com instead of rentola.co.uk;
- you signed up using another email address than the one you are trying now.
How to sign in if you forgot your password
If you forgot your password, you can sign in with a magic link sent to your email:
- Click the account icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Sign in.
- In the sign-in window, click Forgot password.
- Enter your email address and click Send me a link.
- Check your inbox for an email from RentHero and click the sign-in link inside — it will log you into your account directly, no password needed.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder as well.
Once you are signed in, you can set a new password from your profile if you want: go to Profile and select Change password.
Make sure you are logging in on the correct RentHero website
A common reason for RentHero sign in issues is trying to log in on a different local RentHero website than the one where the account was created.
For example, if you signed up on rentola.com, you may not be able to log in on rentola.co.uk with the same account details. The same applies to other local RentHero websites.
If you are unsure which website you used when registering, check your earlier emails from RentHero. The email domain can help you identify the correct site.
Check that you are using the right email address
If your RentHero login still does not work, try searching your inbox for older emails from RentHero. This can help you confirm which email address was used when the account was created.
You may have signed up with:
- a personal email instead of a work email
- an older email address
- a Google sign-in method linked to a different address
Still can’t log in?
